Whether they are standing and trying out new stretches, or examining the nutritional content of their lunches, we make sure that they are engaged.
Our speakers consist only of experienced Doctors and registered, certified health care providers. We believe that education about health should come from those with training and experience to provide services, not third party teachers or Public Health Nurses.

Lunch & Learns require only a few weeks of advanced notice to set up, they take place during lunch hours, and require electricity, a screen and space in your lunch room or board room.
